A dedicated number is recommended, because once it is connected to the official WhatsApp Business API it can no longer be used in the regular app. I guide you through registration and verification with Meta.
Meta charges its current rates for template messages started by the business (promotions, reminders). Replying to customers who message you within the service window is free or very low cost. I give you an estimate based on your volume before we start.
The Telegram Bot API is free. You only pay for the server the bot runs on, which is usually inexpensive.

Yes. Simple automations (a Telegram alert bot, a reminder, an automatic daily report) start at $25 USD. It is a good way to try it out before automating bigger processes.
An express automation takes 2 to 5 days. A support bot takes 1 to 2 weeks. Bots with integrations or custom automations take 3 to 5 weeks depending on scope.
